Damage & Replacement
If your furniture item is damaged in shipping, please send an email detailing the damage. Include the part numbers as given on the assembly instructions. Send us the details here.
Sprout will ship at no charge either replacement parts or a replacement unit. Sprout reserves the right to choose whether to replace components or the entire unit. We usually ship replacement parts to reduce the hassle, cost, and waste of shipping the entire product back and forth. If Sprout opts to replace the entire unit, you may be required to first return the damaged unit.
If you don’t like it, send it back and we'll refund your money. It's that simple.
As a courtesy, we request a few things:
- If you have damaged parts, please let us know and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge.
- Send us an email at email@example.com letting us know what you are returning so we can credit you.
- Package the product you are returning well, so it will arrive un-damaged. We can’t resell damaged products.
- As is customary with internet shopping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We can create a return shipping label for you, so you can take advantage of our discounted shipping rates. In this case shipping fees will be deducted from the total product refund issued. If you decide not to return, you are never charged.
- Refund after arrival
Please note that this policy applies to products purchased through this website. If you purchase a sprout product through a different retailer, please contact them for return policies.
For international orders shipping is non-refundable.
Sprout products include a 30 day major defect warranty. Sprout reserves the right to replace the either the entire product or the defective components or refund the purchase. This warranty covers only damage due to normal use. The warranty does not include damage due to intentional damage, abuse, abnormal use, immersion in water, outdoor use, or unreasonable exposure.
Shipping Time Frame
Most shipments wills ship in 1-3 days. When your shipment is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking numbers for your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions here.
