Damage & Replacement

If your item is damaged in shipping, please send an email detailing the damage. Include the part numbers as given on the assembly instructions.   Send us the details here.

Sprout will ship at no charge either replacement parts or a replacement unit.  Sprout reserves the right to choose whether to replace components or the entire unit. We usually ship replacement parts to reduce the hassle, cost, and waste of shipping the entire product back and forth. If Sprout opts to replace the entire unit, you may be required to first return the damaged unit.

Sprout Return PolicyBuyer’s Remorse

If you would like to return your order, please contact us here to receive a return material authorization code (RMA) and return shipment address.  Returns shipped without an RMA may not be accepted.  Once you receive an RMA, pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided.  Include the RMA No on the exterior of the package or the label.  If possible send the tracking no to Sprout.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipment costs. Once the item is received, it will be inspected.  If unusable, Sprout reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount.  Buyer’s remorse returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery day given by the carrier tracking.   Buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The primary reason for this is to cover the non-recoupable cost of free shipping we offer on most items.


Sprout products include a 30 day major defect warranty. Sprout reserves the right to replace the either the entire product or the defective components or refund the purchase. This warranty covers only damage due to normal use. The warranty does not include damage due to intentional damage, abuse, abnormal use, immersion in water, outdoor use, or unreasonable exposure.
