Sprout 5-year satisfaction guarantee

We think furniture should be safe for you, your family, and the earth. We’re trying to make that a reality with durable, safe pieces that grow with your child. Sprout’s furniture is designed with that quality in mind. That’s why all Baltic Birch and Solid Oak products bought from our website come with a 5-year warranty. 

We warranty the craftsmanship and materials of our products for 5 years from the initial date of purchase through Sprout or one of our authorized re-sellers. The warranty is only valid if the requester is the original purchaser or gift recipient that can provide the original order information. This warranty covers wear damage due to normal use but does not cover damage due to abuse or misuse. If damage occurs due to normal use or defects in the parts, we will replace the part(s) needed to resolve the issue(s) at our discretion.

 Not covered under warranty

For damages and wear not covered by warranty we can help you order new parts. Please contact our Customer Experience Agents for a price quote.

Actions that void the 5-year warranty

    • The use of glue during assembly for products that do not recommend/require its use in the assembly instructions
    • Product modifications that include but are not limited to:
      • Painting or staining of any parts of the product
      • Drilling holes or adding screws/other hardware that is not included in the assembly instructions
    • Intentional misuse of the 5-year guarantee 

International orders 5-year warranty

Replacement parts covered under our warranty period for international orders will be charged standard international shipping fees.

How to submit a warranty request

We want to make sure your Sprout product lasts the test of time! If you run into issues with your Sprout product, please contact our Customer Experience Agents at support@sprout-kids.com or by calling (833) 530-0033.

To help provide you with a quick resolution, we ask that you provide us with the following in your initial inquiry:

  • The Sprout order number associated with your product
    This can be found in the title of your order confirmation email. We know this can be hard to track down so if you are unable to find that, don't sweat it! We can also use names, emails, phone numbers, or shipping addresses associated with the order

  • A detailed description of the defect, damage, or concerns that you have
    The more details the better! This allows us to make sure we address the issue properly and provide feedback to our designers so we can continue improving our products.

  • Photos of the issue (sent to support@sprout-kids.com)
    It's very helpful if you include multiple photos from multiple angles close up and far away. The more the better! Our team will let you know if they need additional photos to better understand your needs. 

 

Sprout 10-year satisfaction guarantee for commercial grade products

We warranty the craftsmanship and materials of our commercial-grade products for 10 years from the initial date of purchase through Sprout. This warranty is subject to the same coverages as the 5-year satisfaction guarantee.
