Sosta Bed À La Carte

This is then second sosta bed we purchased. We thought about buying a different bed for our daughter and adding the pieces we wanted for our son, but we couldn’t find anything we liked as much as this bed. It’s a great floor bed and just as great once the legs are added. Very sturdy and my kids love it. However, there is an off smell that goes away once aired out. We were too bothered because we bought a second one.

Love this bed. It was a little harder to assemble because some of the holes didn’t perfectly lined up (muscling required in these cases) but still happy with our purchase. In total less than an hour assembly time for TWO beds is amazing. It’s beautiful and sturdy. Glad we decided to buy nice this time because the budget ones from Amazon wasn’t great.

The Sosta bed is fantastic, and Sprout is a great company. We got the bed for our 3 yo when he was asking to transition from his crib, and purchased the model with feet and rails all around. One thing in particular I've appreciated since we set it up about 1.5 months ago is the massive benefit of the wrap-around rails — not only does it feel cozy and secure for him, but we can tuck his sheets and comforter into the sides and they don't come loose in the night. We've heard so many stories from friends and relatives of tucking the covers in again and again at night. With the rails, the covers tuck in nicely and work great for him. As he gets older, we'll just remove them and use for his younger sister.

I also love that the bed is modular. We plan on setting up a bunk bed for him down the road and love that Sprout's design makes that very straightforward and sturdy.

Last, it's just high-quality. Great red oak, looks good, feels strong, doesn't squak, is easy to set up even as an individual person, and Sprout's instructions and support are top notch. It's more expensive than some of the other beds we looked at, but when I factor in durability, ease of taking it apart when we need to move in a couple years, quality, and the value of being able to convert it to a bunk bed down the line instead of starting from scratch, it's totally worth it.

I'd only bought one product from Sprout before - the Alba Montessori wardrobe - which our son also loves. They do a great job and we'll be back for another wardrobe and Sosta bed for our youngest when she's ready.

Love the high quality of this bed! We paired this frame with the avocado kids twin mattress and fit was no issue. Love that the bed has mattress slats and added rails and legs that can be installed later to grow with our son to use for years to come!
Fairly easy assembly and clear directions.

After buying a flimsy, disappointing house bed from another company, we decided to purchase two Sosta beds for our kids. We started with floor beds and just attached legs for our older child.

We are SO pleased with our purchases! The beds are extremely solid (our family of 4 can all sit on one twin bed without concern) and have withstood some very vigorous play with no dents or dings. I think these will truly be the only beds they'll need throughout childhood!

My son loves his bed! We have it as a floor bed at the moment, which is perfect for him. I love how sturdy it is and how mama or dada are able to get into bed to help with the bedtime process.

I ordered this bed to transition my 20 month old son from a crib to a bed because he was climbing out of his crib. I love the construction of this bed. It looks beautiful and my son absolutely LOVES it. He is so proud to have such a nice big bed to call his own. It was on backorder 5-6 weeks but arrived two weeks ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. We bought the feet to add on as he grows, great that this bed can last his whole childhood. Top notch product from Sprout!

We ordered a Sosta Bed a couple years ago and recently ordered the additional parts for the bunkbed. I didn't realize that I needed to order a 3/4 rail for the top bunk and I spoke with customer service. They expedited the rail so that we could use the bed quickly (because the pieces are usually made to order and they take 3-5 weeks). The customer service was excellent and it was very easy to assemble to the bed. I would highly recommend!!

My bed frame arrived with a small issue with the center support. Customer service was so quick to get back to me and worked with me to figure out the issue. They sent a replacement out in just a few days and a week later my frame was setup! It's a good quality frame that my son will have for years.

It is wonderful!! Just as pictured. I assmbled it all by myself in about 20-30 minutes. The toddler is a little iffy on no side rail so ill probably order that soon.

We’re in love with our Sosta Bedframe! It’s the perfect size for our helix kids mattress and not too high off the ground for our little one to get on and off. We’re excited to watch it grow with her through childhood.

We could not be happier. We waited a while for this full-size bed to become available, and so glad that we did. My husband put it together, and stated it was the easiest piece of kid furniture that he has put together for our child since birth. Highly recommend. Great quality!

Love it

I love the bed. We bought two for both our kids with the intention of turning them into a bunkbed when they are a bit older. I love that the sidebars make sure no one falls out and finally the blanket also stays in place and they dont sleep uncovered like they used to. My only worry is that the sidebars are only attached by the bottom and one ankerpoint on the side, making me worry that they will brake off if climbed over and handled too roughly.

This is our second time ordering this bed, this time for our second daughter. We are big fans.

This is our second Sosta bed from Sprout. My son loves his so much that we had to buy one for our daughter. It’s easy for the kids to get in and out and provides them more independence within their rooms.

I love the quality of this bed and that it can grow with my almost 2 year old. Right now I like the comfort of the siderails even though its a floor bed because my kid is still very active in his sleep. I also love that it doesn't take up too much space in the room since space is already tight. This is exactly what I was looking for.

This bed is really made from quality materials. We purchased this with the hopes that our son will be able to grow into it and use it for many years to come and I believe that will absolutely be the case. It was easy to assemble and was worth every penny.

As with all sprout products we’ve purchased the quality of the materials is great. The arsthetic is also great but unlike the rest of our sprout items this one misses the mark for design/functionality. There is nothing holding the mattress in place so it’s constantly half way on the floor. The other floor bed we have from sprout is great in that the mattress stays firmly in place no matter how much my toddler twists and turns. Overall, it’s a beautiful piece of furniture but if you aren’t buying the side walls you’re better off with their more traditional floor bed.

Happy with the bed. I also bought Juniper mattress from Costco and saatva waterproof mattress protector. Lastly, I got a truck-shaped pillow from Pottery Barn. The result: my 23-month old wanted to sleep in this bed on day one.
