Sprout was founded in 2011 by Clark Davis in Provo, Utah, originally with the simple idea of furniture that could move and grow with you. Mobile, modular, easy to assemble and disassemble, our pieces were designed to adapt as your life and needs changed.

In 2019, we discovered another need for Montessori-inspired furniture for homes and schools. Since then, we’ve developed resources and products guided by Montessori principles to combine beauty, accessibility, and independence. We are honored to have helped over 100,000 families create environments that support their little ones’ growth.

Sprout is still headquartered in Provo, Utah, where designing, manufacturing, and customer support all happen under one roof. Being 100% American-made gives us the freedom to innovate quickly, experiment boldly, and focus on what matters most: creating furniture that’s safe, playful, and designed to inspire your children every day.
