Returns
- If you are having trouble assembling your product, don't hesitate to reach out to our Experience Team to help you troubleshoot the problems you are having.
- If your product arrives with damage, defects, or missing parts, we can make it right with replacement parts, free of charge. Please reach out to us with any concerns within 14 days of delivery.
Sprout’s return policy is as follows:
Sprout accepts returns for unopened and like-new products up to 45 days after the shipment date.
To be eligible for a refund, an item must be returned following our approved return procedures, which require contacting support to discuss return options. Support must authorize the return of an order before you send it back. Products returned without prior authorization will not qualify you for a refund.
Due to the nature of the products we produce and the weights associated with them, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees will be deducted from the total product refund issued.
Refunds will be issued after the item is received and inspected. If damage occurs in return shipping due to neglectful packaging additional return fees may be applied.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and can take 3-7 business days to process once the return is received. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
Please note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions to Unauthorized Returns:
The only exceptions to this policy are if the package is returned by the shipping carrier as undeliverable, or if the package was delivered to the wrong address and/or recipient.
Please approach each situation according to the guidelines below:
In cases where a package is marked undeliverable by the shipping carrier, please contact support and inform us of the situation.
If you receive a package from Sprout that is addressed to a person that does not reside at your location, we would greatly appreciate if you could reach out to support. From there we can work on getting the product back to us.
Not eligible for returns
- Value-Grade products are not eligible for returns. Components deemed inoperable may be replaced, but not for aesthetic reasons.
- For a product purchased through a re-seller, return requests must be processed through the re-seller. Sprout is unable to refund you directly.
- Custom ordered products
- Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States
Product Exchanges
Sprout does not provide product exchanges. Items must be authorized and returned for a refund. New orders for the preferred items can be made at your convenience and are subject to current production time frames. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
