Lead Times 

Please note that ship lead times are estimates and based on our current production time and is not the same as ship time. 

At Sprout, every product is made-to-order. That means that each piece is handcrafted at our local Utah headquarters after you place your order. The lead time listed on each product page is how long it takes to make and package your order before shipping, NOT the delivery time. For example, a 2–3 week lead time means you’ll get a shipping confirmation within that window, and shipping will take an additional 1–5 days depending on your proximity to Utah. See below for more shipping details.

Free Shipping

Sprout offers free shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous US. Simply select "Shipping's On Us" at checkout and your order will be delivered shortly!

For all orders under $100 within the contiguous US, there is a flat rate shipping of $10.

Ship Time

On each product page, the shipping time will show after selecting an option. Ship times will also display in your cart and in your order confirmation email.

Please note: While you may select expedited shipping at checkout to get your order faster once it's out the door, our estimates on how quickly we can produce and send your order will not change.

Orders ship from our Provo Utah warehouse (Zip Code 84601). Estimated Transit Times can be seen below.  If you have any questions about when your order will be delivered, or if you have specific delivery needs, please contact support.

International 

If you live outside the United States, don't worry, Sprout does also ship outside the US. If you are interested in purchasing our product but need it shipped to somewhere outside the free shipping zone, proceed to shipping and you can select the best rate at checkout before completing your purchase.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

If you are living in a US military base outside of the United States, we can still ship to you! Email us at support@sprout-kids.com to let us know what you would like to order and your APO address. From there we will create an invoice and send you a link to complete your purchase!

 

FAQ's:

Why are the lead times so long? 

When there’s an influx of orders, lead times may increase until our production teams can work through them. We carefully manage these timelines and work hard to bring them back down, so you’ll know when to expect your order. We understand longer lead times can be frustrating, and we’re always improving our processes to fulfill orders quickly without sacrificing quality.

Can my order be expedited? 

No. To provide the best experience for our team and our customers, orders are produced in the order that they are received. An expedited order would disrupt our manufacturing process, resulting in longer lead times for others. If you selected expedited shipping at checkout, this will only impact the transit time once your order has been shipped. 

Why do some products have higher lead times than others? 

At Sprout, there are multiple production teams, with each team specializing in specific products. Lead times are calculated based on the number of orders placed for a particular production team. This is why there may be a variance in lead times from product to product.
