Holiday Lead Times and Shipping

At Sprout, every product is made-to-order, carefully and intentionally handcrafted at our local Utah headquarters. We choose to leanly produce Sprout products in an effort to prevent waste in our environment and provide the attention and care to each piece that it deserves.

However, because we choose to manufacture our products in this fashion, it can cause our lead times to increase when we receive an influx of orders. We carefully manage these timelines and work hard to bring them back down, so you can expect your order sooner. We understand longer lead times can be frustrating, and we’re always improving our processes to fulfill orders quickly without sacrificing quality.

We will strive to get your order to you before the holidays, but to give our team the best chance, we ask that you consider ordering earlier. We have added a disclaimer to each product listing to let you know whether a product will arrive before or after December 25th. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused by products expected to arrive after December 25th.

If you have any questions regarding the delivery estimate for your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@sprout-kids.com.

FAQ's:
Why are the lead times so long?
When there’s an influx of orders, lead times may increase until our production teams can work through them. We carefully manage these timelines and work hard to bring them back down, so you’ll know when to expect your order. We understand longer lead times can be frustrating, and we’re always improving our processes to fulfill orders quickly without sacrificing quality.
Can my order be expedited?
No. To provide the best experience for our team and our customers, orders are produced in the order that they are received. An expedited order would disrupt our manufacturing process, resulting in longer lead times for others. If you selected expedited shipping at checkout, this will only impact the transit time once your order has been shipped.
Why do some products have higher lead times than others?
At Sprout, there are multiple production teams, with each team specializing in specific products. Lead times are calculated based on the number of orders placed for a particular production team. This is why there may be a variance in lead times from product to product.
