Our School Montessori Shelves are made from sturdy, durable, safe materials and are covered by our 10-year warranty. This allows you to continue using it in a learning environment over a very long period of time.

  • Constructed from UV-finished Baltic Birch, so it's made to last
  • All edges are sealed to ensure they can handle learning environments.

For home environments that aren't intended to serve a larger group, the Home Montessori Open Back shelving is at a slightly lower price point without the additional seal and can be another great option.

Do I need to anchor the shelf to the wall?

Sprout recommends anchoring any shelf 20" or higher to the wall. All School Montessori Shelving comes with a Wall Anchor Kit.
