Born and raised in Utah, lived in the same house my whole life. I have 5 brothers. I was blessed and got married to my soul mate, we have a dog, she is going into law and I am going to become an electrician. We plan on having kids and will definitely buy sprout products, i for sure know the are good quality products.

I'm passionate about staying healthy and active, so I do resistance training at least 3 days a week. It helps me feel and look my best. Every Sunday I meal prep for the whole week together with my wife. I do believe that we are what we eat. I own two dogs, a Mini Golden Doodle and a Brittany, and I love spending time outdoors with them.
