Hard to assemble

These are easy to assemble in theory but really hard to execute. Imagine trying to lightly bend wood boards over and over for each divot and the wood looks awkwardly bent when assembled. I love our sprout bed but this product was not worth the price.

We’re sorry to hear this product didn’t meet your expectations, especially since you’ve enjoyed your Sprout bed. We appreciate the review and the honest feedback to help us improve!

Capacious and can be stacked

I love every product from Sprout. This one is well thought out, built from natural materials and capacious. Like that cubes can be stacked, taking little space in the room. Hopefully, you will get them back in stock.

Great box and even better customer service

I purchased this box in anticipation of receiving the Eight Cube Shelf. First of all, the box is gorgeous, easy to assemble, and fits perfectly into the cube shelf. But what was really amazing is that Sprout accidentally shipped me the wrong box, and when I reached out to them about it, they were prompt in their reply, kind (not always a given), and they asked me if I wanted to keep the mistake box and shipped out the correct one expeditiously. Working with their customer service team was one of the best experiences I've had with a company.

Their products and people are amazing. This is definitely a company to purchase from.
