Great box and even better customer service

I purchased this box in anticipation of receiving the Eight Cube Shelf. First of all, the box is gorgeous, easy to assemble, and fits perfectly into the cube shelf. But what was really amazing is that Sprout accidentally shipped me the wrong box, and when I reached out to them about it, they were prompt in their reply, kind (not always a given), and they asked me if I wanted to keep the mistake box and shipped out the correct one expeditiously. Working with their customer service team was one of the best experiences I've had with a company.

Their products and people are amazing. This is definitely a company to purchase from.
