Help your child develop through climbing!

The Climbing Triangle is a simple resource that helps children develop their gross motor skills, helping them feel comfortable in who they are and their natural abilities to grow into their body space on their own terms.

A triangle in your home can give your child enhanced gross motor development, increased spatial awareness, vestibular stimulation (for learning about balance), strengthening limbs, proprioceptive learning (physical self-awareness), providing open-ended play and more!

Not too late for

We are so excited about our climbing triangle! We wondered if it was too late since we were well beyond the toddler years, but our constantly climbing preschooler loves it! It gave our fearless 5 year old the freedom to explore climbing, hanging, jumping, and swinging in a safe way. It’s big enough to still be fun (by herself or with a friend), but not so big that it overcrowds our limited space. We are loving the way it locks in place for easy setup, storage, and how it’s freestanding when closed. We got the add-on ramp for more open ended ways to play and are thrilled our girl independently uses both sides (ladder and slide) in so many creative ways!

Well made but not for us

This item was exactly as described and very well made, no question. The functionality of the ladder and the slide did not make sense to us. My toddler naturally wanted to use this like a slide at the playground which it is not meant for. This caused nothing but frustration. We returned against a steep shipping fee of about $65. Great for some but not what we were looking for.

Hi there! The ramp is intended to be open-ended and the smooth side can be used like a slide at the playground! When it is on the tallest rung it can be steep and a harder landing, so if you want it on the top rung a pillow can help with that!

So much fun

I remember the first time val stepped on the climbing triangle, she climbed to the first bar and noticed that she was able to see further out the window then she tried to step on the second bar, she stood there for a long time and enjoyed exploring the view outside the window. It was amazing watching her progression of using the wooden climbing triangle. With Montessori practice at home, we tried to stick to our daily routines. I notice how important it is after coming back from vacation. We truly enjoyed outdoor activities after breakfast. Especially during the summer it gets hot in the afternoon, by having this we are able to keep up her gross motor play right at home after nap time. Or tire her out after dinner time if we end up doing other activities Lately she has been super active, with crawling under the triangle and balancing on top of the ramp or using it as a slide. She has plenty fun and this is all that matters to me.

Perfect climber for the cautious parent

I really wanted a climbing triangle but was nervous to buy a second hand one originally made by someone that somebody’s neighbor found on Pinterest… I really trust in Sprout’s R&D process and manufacturing standards. So glad to have a sturdy climber that folds up and stands on its own without being too tippy. Great to have in the house so my cautious kiddo could get used to it and try it a lot. He now climbs over it like a champ. Great tunnel and cave and blanket fort base as well.

Such a great gift!

I bought it for my daughter's 1 birthday. She really enjoys playing with it, she is still discovering. Children from 3 to 4 years also have fun! We are so pleased with this climber specially now that we are having raining days!!!
